Refund Policy (Draft)

Proposed default pending owner approval: already-paid pickups remain available for their scheduled window after a subscription cancellation; an explicit refund request path is available via Contact or your account. Refunds are processed in Stripe and confirmed by webhook. This policy is a draft and requires owner approval before launch.
